These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Simple Fasting Timer app (the "App"), provided by Sergey Eskin ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by applicable law.
The App is a tool for timing intermittent fasting windows. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or health advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. Fasting is not appropriate for everyone. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any fasting or eating pattern, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or have a medical condition. You use the App at your own risk.
The App is free to download and use. It offers an optional one-time "Pro" purchase that unlocks additional features such as custom protocols, full history, and themes. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is no recurring charge.
Your fasting sessions and history are stored on your device and belong to you. You are responsible for backing up your device if you wish to preserve this data. Deleting the App removes locally stored data.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt its functionality, circumvent purchase mechanisms, or use it in violation of any applicable law.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sergey Eskin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms affects consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.
